There will be no make-up lessons.
For traditional series: you must keep track and pay to re-register on your last lesson of the series in order to hold your scheduled time for your next series. Three days notice is required to freeze multiple lessons, which will only be honored once per series, and must be taken consecutively after being unfrozen.

Q. How old do children need to be to learn to swim? A. We start children as young as 6 months. Many of our students are adults as well.
Q. How long does it take before the student is swimming on their own? A. Every student is different and it will vary, however, with lessons and practice, it could be just a few short weeks before they are comfortable and progressing quickly.
Q. How many times a week do we need to have a lesson? A. Typically we have our students once or twice a week.
Q. Do you teach adults? A. Yes, we teach students of any age.
Q. Can I be in the water with my child during a swim lesson? A. If your child is under 2 years old, you may be in the water if you would like.
Q. Can a student go to swim team after swim lessons? A. Yes, we encourage our students to move to swim team once they are ready.
Q. What equipment is needed to learn to swim? A. A bathing suit and a towel. Goggles are optional.
Q. Why are beginner lessons only 15 minutes? A. Beginner swimmers do not have the skill or stamina to do more. More could be overwhelming and scary.
Q. I have 2 (or more) children. Can they be in a lesson together? A. Yes, however, semi-private lessons are for children that are water safe and can swim independently. We will make this decision with your instructor on a case-by-case basis.
Q. Can I put my 3-year-old in a 30 minute lesson? A. Yes, as long as your child has the stamina and skill level to be in the water for 30 minutes. If a child is a beginner or too young, we will begin them for 15 minutes and extend from there if necessary.
Swim School Policy
Registration can be done either in person or over the phone; however, all payments MUST be made on or before the first scheduled swim lesson. If payment is NOT received you will not be permitted to continue and will be removed from the program.
Time slots will not be guaranteed until payment has been received.
LATENESS: Instructors are often booked straight through their lesson times. If you arrive late for your lesson, please remember that you are inconveniencing other customers and will only be given the remaining time in your scheduled time slot. If for any reason the instructor is behind schedule, you will be given your entire lesson length.
Again, there are no "make-up" lessons. Monthly pricing is based on 4 week months. You will receive bonus lessons to your benefit during months with 5 weeks on the monthly auto-billing program!
If your instructor is absent, a sub will be provided. Adapting to changes builds resiliency, competence and confidence.
